Welcome to Created to Ascend™, an online lifestyle and merchandise brand operated by Nu-Day Corp. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Products

Created to Ascend™ offers original artwork, apparel, and lifestyle merchandise. Certain products are made to order and produced specifically after a purchase is placed. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and normal manufacturing tolerances.

2. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be disclosed before purchase. Orders are subject to payment authorization and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel an order when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or a material listing error occurs. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded.

3. Production and Shipping

Made-to-order products require production time before shipment. Delivery estimates may vary by product and destination. Tracking information will be provided when available. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will address the delay and any required cancellation or refund options in accordance with applicable law.

4. Refund and Return Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges once production has begun. Incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially misrepresented merchandise will be addressed under our Refund & Return Policy, subject to applicable consumer protections.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Created to Ascend™ artwork, designs, branding, and original written content belong to Nu-Day Corp or are used with permission. Purchasing merchandise does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit its artwork.

6. Customer Information
